Iesha Wyatt is a Master Cosmetologist, author, and the visionary force behind Crowned by Nature — a creative ecosystem dedicated to empowering Black women and children through beauty, culture, and education.

Her love for hair began in her mother’s kitchen in Virginia, where she watched braids, styles, and conversations weave generations together. 

Though she was accepted into a high school cosmetology program, life had other plans. 

Iesha pivoted, graduating with honors and earning a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University — but her passion for natural hair never left her.

After relocating to Atlanta in search of opportunity, Iesha built a following offering braiding services and eventually walked away from traditional employment to pursue her calling. 

She enrolled at Empire Beauty School, where she became a licensed Master Cosmetologist and later a Natural Hair Specialist.

Today, Iesha blends beauty with purpose — offering services that center the crown and the spirit, creating books and tools that help children love who they are, and designing programs that bring cultural confidence into classrooms and communities.

Crowned by Nature is no longer just a salon. It’s a movement — and Iesha is leading it with love, vision, and legacy in mind.
